On Friday 28th January 2011 we had a coding problem which resulted in many people who had already signed up for the Spider software getting a "confirmation" email from Getresponse. This was an unintended message due to a coding change when we tried to upgrade to Getresponse's new API because they're turning off the old one at the end of February 2011.
